How do we join the Volunteer Vault?
You already did — every school that hosts a Tip Top Holiday Shop is automatically enrolled. No forms, no fees.
Do Bars expire?
Not as long as your school stays active. Host a Tip Top Holiday Shop each season and every Bar carries over, year after year. If your school skips a season, the Vault resets and banked Bars are forfeited — so keep the streak alive.
Who do the Bars belong to?
Your school. PTA boards turn over, but your school's Vault stays put.
Can we save Bars across multiple years for a bigger reward?
Yes — the Vault is built for it. As long as your school hosts a shop each season, Bars bank and stack until you're ready to spend them.
We're switching from another holiday shop company. Do our old points really count?
Yes. Send us your point balance documentation when you book and we'll convert it into Bars in your Vault.
