Welcome to Tip Top Holiday Shop. By using our website, submitting a form, booking a holiday shop, placing an order, using our online tools, or participating in our school holiday shop program, you agree to follow the terms that apply to your use of our website and services.

The information below is a plain-language summary of key terms. The full online agreement includes the complete terms for schools, PTA/PTO groups, sponsors, volunteers, and authorized school representatives.

If there is a conflict between this website summary and the signed or submitted holiday shop agreement, the agreement will control.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Tip Top Holiday Shop provides school holiday shop programs for schools, PTA/PTO organizations, sponsors, volunteers, and authorized school representatives.

Our program includes holiday gift items, supplies, parent letters, promotional materials, online tools, support, and return options designed to help schools run an organized and successful holiday shop.

PROFIT OPTIONS

Schools may select one of the following profit structures:

0% Service Only

This option offers reduced pricing for students and does not include a school profit share.

10% Standard Profit

The school receives 10% of net sales.

25% Premium Profit

The school receives 25% of net sales.

Profit share is calculated on net sales. Net sales means gross sales proceeds minus embedded sales tax. Sales tax is included in the listed price of each item, so the tax portion is backed out before calculating the school’s profit share.

WHAT TIP TOP PROVIDES

Tip Top Holiday Shop provides the following at no cost to the school or partner organization:

Holiday gift items priced between $0.25 and $18.00

Gift bags

Tablecloths

A complete planning guide

Access to the Tip Top Holiday Shop online volunteer portal

Sales reporting tools

Double-sided parent letters in English and Spanish

Attached budget envelopes

Social media templates and promotional content

Free delivery of gift items and supplies

Reorder fulfillment during scheduled shop dates, subject to product availability

Free return shipping or pickup for unsold gift items and unused supplies

$200 IN TIP TOP CASH

Every school receives $200 in Tip Top Cash.

Tip Top Cash is designed to help more students participate in the holiday shop. Tip Top Cash may be used by students for gift purchases during the school’s scheduled shop dates.

Tip Top Cash has no cash value, is not transferable, and expires at the end of the school’s scheduled shop dates. Tip Top Cash is applied as a discount against student purchases and is absorbed by Tip Top at no cost to the school.

SCHOOL AND PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

The school or partner organization agrees to:

Provide students at least three consecutive school days to shop during regular school hours

Provide tables and a designated area inside the school for the holiday shop

Recruit, schedule, and supervise volunteers to operate the shop

Return all unsold gift items and unused supplies within five business days after the final shop date

Use the prepaid return shipping label or scheduled pickup provided by Tip Top

Not alter, remove, or modify any price code sticker, price label, or item pricing

Collect sales proceeds from student purchases

Remit payment to Tip Top according to the payment terms in the agreement

Tip Top recommends at least four volunteers per shop day, but each school is responsible for determining the staffing needed for its shop.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is included in the listed price of each item.

Schools collect the full listed price from students at checkout. Tip Top is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable state and local sales taxes. Schools should not separately add, collect, or charge sales tax beyond the listed item price.

PAYMENT TERMS

Tip Top will issue an invoice within ten business days after the school’s scheduled shop dates end.

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Late payments may be subject to a monthly late fee of 1.5% on the outstanding balance, or the maximum amount allowed by law, whichever is less.

The school’s selected profit share will be calculated according to the agreement and offset against amounts owed. If the profit share exceeds the amount owed, Tip Top will remit the difference to the school or partner organization.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Schools may cancel without penalty on or before September 1, 2026, by providing written notice to Tip Top by email.

Cancellations after September 1, 2026, but before inventory ships, may incur a $250 service fee plus reimbursement of printing costs incurred by Tip Top.

Cancellations after inventory has shipped may incur a $250 service fee plus reimbursement of delivery shipping, return shipping, and printing costs incurred by Tip Top. Shipped inventory must be returned in original condition within ten business days of cancellation notice.

If the school received a promotional bonus, referral bonus, or Tip Top Cash credit connected to the agreement, the school is responsible for refunding the full value of that bonus or credit upon cancellation.

Tip Top reserves the right to cancel an agreement by providing written notice. If Tip Top cancels, no service fee or costs will be charged to the school, and any payments or deposits made by the school will be refunded in full.

VOLUNTEER VAULT

Schools that complete a Tip Top Holiday Shop may be eligible to earn Volunteer Vault Bars after the shop season ends and closeout is complete.

Bars are based on total shop sales and may be used during the Volunteer Vault open window. Volunteer Vault items may vary by season, availability, and Bars earned.

Additional Volunteer Vault details may be included in the holiday shop agreement, Volunteer Vault materials, or related program communications.

ONLINE TOOLS

Tip Top Holiday Shop may provide access to online tools such as the volunteer portal, E-Wallet features, cashless shop tools, QR code lookup, student lookup, sales reporting, and reorder tools.

Use of these tools is intended for parents, guardians, school staff, PTA/PTO volunteers, sponsors, and authorized school representatives.

SHIPPING, REORDERS, AND RETURNS

Tip Top provides free delivery of gift items and supplies to the school’s designated shipping address.

Reorders may be submitted through the volunteer portal during scheduled shop dates and are subject to product availability.

At the conclusion of the shop, Tip Top accepts the return of unsold gift items and unused supplies. Return shipping or pickup is arranged by Tip Top.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tip Top carries general commercial liability insurance covering products provided under the holiday shop agreement.

The full agreement contains important terms related to liability, defective products, student and volunteer supervision, and dispute resolution. Schools and partner organizations should review those terms carefully before signing.

The school is responsible for supervising students and volunteers during the operation of the shop on school premises.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

The full agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Disputes under the agreement are first submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration in Ellis County, Texas, according to the terms of the agreement.

Use of our website, online tools, and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

ABOUT US

Family Owned

What started as a side hustle around our kitchen table has grown into a family-run business serving schools nationwide. For the past 10 years, our family has worked year-round to make Tip Top Holiday Shop better for the schools, volunteers, and students we serve.

We have grown from one warehouse, to doubling that space, to purchasing another warehouse this year that added 10,000 square feet of room for gifts, supplies, packing, and preparation. Even as we grow, our purpose stays the same: helping schools host holiday shops that feel organized, affordable, and special for every student.

Tip Top is run by Amy & Kevin and their daughter Madeline. Together, we choose gifts, prepare materials, support schools, and think through the details that make each shop easier for volunteers. And even though Tip Top has grown, we still believe in being personally available. Schools have our cell numbers, and we are here when volunteers need us.

We are proud of how far Tip Top has come, but we are most grateful for the schools and families who have trusted us along the way.
